We require a 4 hour minimum on labor. Travel and mileage are based on the location that the field, or service tech has to travel from. If an overnight stay is required, this will be charged to the customer.

DIY
We offer a self-fixing consulting program. If you feel you can repair your CNC machine by yourself, with a little help from our technical support staff, we can assist you! We don’t recommend this, and this service is provided at the customers own risk.

- 2nd hour – $50/hr per month
- 3rd hour – $25/hr per month
- 4th hour – $25/hr per month
